三 | 简单归纳，以前那些小花招，障眼法不管用了，如果要再碰西游题材，我们得换个地方，先把基本功练扎实。随便列举几条，老师们可在短片里稍作对照（目前都还在摸索，看个苗头就好）：1，这次要争取把阴天做到位。阴天是最有带入感的叙事氛围，但碍于全局光照明的一些渲染痛点，很难表达好物体的真实体感，画面容易偏平，色彩分布也会失真。所以黑猴里喜欢用大太阳来遮掩问题，就算表现一些压抑的环境氛围，也只能把主光源调成夕阳或者冷色，目的还是先让对比度刺激起来，分散注意力。这种方法固然好用，但终归降低了画面的可信度，也带来一些自动曝光的屁股没擦干净。2，可信的战斗交互和反馈。对，还是“可信”，越是神魔题材，可信度越重要。说起来挺粗暴的，目前的开发手段就是狂堆基础动作数据，衔接动作帧尽量覆盖，运镜保持克制，避免摆拍感。这些玩意对设计和耐心都是考验，内部的动画老师们最近每天偷偷跑去动捕棚加场，一点成本意识都没有，捕回来的很多数据直到这个PV封版都没K完...3，本本分分的设计风格，不做单纯讨好眼睛的创意。学生时代听到耳朵起茧的 “渐老渐熟，乃造平淡”，放在设计上，也是基本功。

四 | 我们以前跑偏了很久，黑猴在往回跑了，只是还不够。4，叙事演出尽量淡化舞台感。

五 | 黑猴的剧情表演，角色大多还是端着说话，空间上也几乎没有调度。通常舞台上安排两三个人，你走几步，我退几步，你蹦跶几下，我动手就打；A说话，B假装在听，脸上露出酷酷的表情。这些都要改进，至少先让形式丰富起来。5，空气墙，被骂的最多的。空气墙的症结一两句捋不清楚，反正根治的方法就是尽量没有空气墙... 这对场景物体的碰撞设置，地图可达性，包括角色的对位动画量来说，都是新门槛。

六 | 我们正在努力，因为可能涉及玩法剧透，就不多说了。先这些吧，毕竟项目还在早期阶段，PV里只有一张测试地图，几幕未完成的剧情切片，有说服力的东西不多。平心而论，钟馗是个好题材，在我脑海里，他甚至包含了对"神魔"，"仙侠"，"武侠" 的三重想象。如果用一个词来描述他的气质，我依然会选 "洒脱"。

七 | 不过这种"洒脱"，应当是一种灰头土脸，不动声色的洒脱；自然，也有冲冠一怒，不计后果的洒脱。

八 | 记得很多年前和一位制片朋友聊天，我说等以后退休了，想拍一部45集电视剧，揭露游戏圈的黑暗。朋友说你当真想拍，现在就拍，否则就没机会了，因为心态会变。此言不假，黑猴上线后，顿时觉得行业大好，一片光明。

九 | 如今反思起来，深刻体会了一个道理，想做什么就要立刻做，哪怕步子太大，哪怕会留遗憾。这是上回摘桃儿留下的经验教训，也是一群不嫌事儿大的队友们给的信心。所谓捉山中鬼易，捉心中鬼难。这世间，从来不少伪善的乡愿，告状的恶人，鱼肉百姓的混老爷，欺世盗名的假和尚。

十 | 然而捉心中鬼难，捉山中鬼也难，因为人啊这一老，可能就上不了山了。
