四 | 8月1日，项目团队完成了中期心理测评，数据背后是一个个鲜活的成长故事。曾经，有几个孩子对心理辅导充满抗拒，不愿进咨询室，不愿开口说话。如今，经过数月的耐心陪伴与专业干预，他们已经在期待每一次团辅和个辅活动。

五 | “有个孩子以前总是躲在角落，现在会主动问‘今天还有活动吗’。”心理老师欣慰地说。对于情况更为复杂的孩子，团队始终秉持“不放弃、不抛弃”的信念——“哪怕每次只改变一点点，我们也要坚持做下去。

八 | 目前，项目已进入服务优化阶段。团队将依据中期评估结果，进一步优化个别化干预方案，加强专兼职心理人员培训，持续为儿童和职工提供专业心理支持。预期项目通过一年系统服务，可以显著缓解儿童自卑、焦虑等问题，提升其情绪管理与人际交往能力，同时降低职工职业倦怠，为娄底市社会福利院构筑起一道温暖而坚实的心理健康防线。游园会虽然落幕，但爱与守护从未停歇。在“福泽潇湘”的公益力量托举下，更多困境儿童正一步步走出阴霾，向着暖阳，勇敢启航。
